The Welsh breed, long known throughout history for their
temperament, steadfastness, athletic ability, classical looks, and movement;
as well as their natural rapport with people makes them a true asset to
those who own and ride them. |
|
|
The modern day Cob, because of their hardiness and intelligence,
suits all disciplines: from the gentle family pet, the ideal driving horse,
the competitor in the dressage or hunter jumper ring, as well as in
the more strenuous 3 day eventing competition. The Welsh Cob is well known
as being an "all around" animal and the quality of the breed speaks for
itself. |
|
|
FFraed will provide a positive and distinctive influence to your
line of Cobs, as well as being an excellent cross with other "light"
breeds for the new type of Sport horse or pony. The successful
Welsh/Thoroughbred is seen in many of the riding disciplines of
today's competitive fields as just one example. |
|
|
He consistently exhibits all of these qualities while on the ground
and under saddle; and will pass these characteristics on to your Cob
foal or provide an excellent cross with your light breed mares to
produce a competitive Sport horse or pony. |
|
|
The Parcmorfa line shows itself to be totally versatile,
athletic, and sensible while retaining the COB characteristics.
